All the lights are focused at her body; you can see it by shadows on the wall. Around her there is only white colour, expect font colours, which is black. It makes good contrast and makes font easier to read.

This is called MLS (or rather medium long shot). This put the audience in a position of power over her. She is almost being submissive allows the audience to look at her.

There is a lot of white colour on that cover. The fact that Britney is in the bed ready for procreation, with white font which may suggest pureness and virginity, can change true meanings of her words "remain a virgin until marriage".
